Wow-Unbelievable customer service. Received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from my daughter. Awesome arrangement. However, I kept finding water around the container. Soon spotted a hairline crack in the container. I notified the florist if they were in the area to please bring me a new container. Well this morning they arrived at my front door with a new container and a new arrangement and I had my choice. Just wanted the container because the initial arrangement was out of this world. They had no other business up here, they just wanted us to be happy.Think another florist would do that? NOT

Honestly, it's not easy to deliver anything to me. I live in a gated community and they don't even want to let ME in! HA!! BILL was amazing. He called and waited for me to show up so he could deliver my Mother's Day flowers from my son in Pennsylvania! He was so kind and courteous. That says a LOT about your company and the people who are involved in everything that it takes to get the job done. Thanks again!!
